Some parts of the Service are billed through subscriptions ("Subscription/s"). In these cases, you will be billed in advance, on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing Cycles can be monthly, every six months, or annually, depending on the type of subscription plan you selected when subscribing. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or TERAPPIO OU cancels it. You can cancel the renewal of your Subscription either through the administration page of your online account or by contacting TERAPPIO OU's customer service. To process the payment of your Subscription, a valid payment method is required, which may include payment by credit card. You must provide TERAPPIO OU with accurate and complete billing information, including your full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid form of payment. By providing such payment information, you automatically authorize TERAPPIO OU to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to that payment method. If automatic collection fails for any reason, TERAPPIO OU will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually within a specified period, specifying the total payment for that Billing Cycle.

TERAPPIO OU has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that TERAPPIO OU will not be responsible, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or allegedly caused by or in connection with the use or reliance on any content, goods, or services available on or through such websites or services.

TERAPPIO OU may, at its sole discretion and at any time, modify the fees for Subscriptions. Any change in Subscription fees will apply at the end of the current Billing Cycle. TERAPPIO OU will provide you with reasonable notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you the opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the modified amount.
TERAPPIO OU may consider certain refund requests at its sole discretion and based on the criteria of TERAPPIO OU.
